DAY 1: TALLINN
- Arrival in Tallinn
- Meet English speaking guide at airport and transfer to hotel
- Overnight in Tallinn
DAY 2: TALLINN
- Breakfast at hotel
- Optional: First part of the day: Tallinn city tour (walking & driving, 3 hours)
City tour of Tallinn, a picturesque old city, where whole districts date back to the Middle Ages. You will visit the Old Town with its quaint narrow streets and beautiful merchants’ houses exemplifying the best of Gothic architecture. The tour includes Toompea Castle, the 13th century Dome church, the 19th century Russian orthodox Cathedral of Alexander Nevskij, the 15th century town Hall square, the Old Guild built to celebrate Tallinn’s membership in the Hanseatic League, and St. Olaf’s church.
- Optional: On the second part of the day continue Open Air museum Rocca al Mare (4 hours)
The Estonian Open Air Museum (founded in 1957) is situated at an 8 km distance from the centre of Tallinn on a wooded coastal headland in a beautiful place called Rocca al Mare. The Open Air Museum presents a unique collection of old Estonian buildings on a 79-hectare expanse of seaside land. Farm buildings, windmills and water mills from various periods and regions have been together here.

DAY 3: TALLINN – SIGULDA – RIGA

The Turaida Museum Reserve is a historic site in Turaida, showcasing archaeological, historical, and art monuments from the 11th century. Highlights include the Turaida Church, one of the oldest wooden churches, and the legendary tomb of Roze, a symbol of sacrificial love. The “Folk Song Garden,” with 25 sculptures by Indulis Ranka, honors Latvian folk songs and the work of Krisjanis Barons.

DAY 4 RIGA

On this walking tour, explore the charm of Riga’s Old Town with its cobblestone streets and picturesque surroundings. Visit landmarks such as the Dome Cathedral, known for its grand pipe organ, St. Peter’s Church with stunning city views, the Three Brothers architectural ensemble, and the Swedish Gate. You’ll also pass the Parliament House, Old Riga Castle, and discover many beautifully restored buildings now home to cozy cafes, restaurants, and shops.

Jurmala, a historic resort town, offers a peaceful escape with its fresh sea breeze, pine forests, and golden beaches. Known for its 150-year-old tradition, it invites visitors to enjoy its curative waters, mud baths, and Art Nouveau wooden houses. Surrounded by nature, the town’s charm remains timeless, providing a relaxing getaway with a touch of history.
